ORIGINS

Made the way the land taught us

Did you know? Kerala’s long coastline shaped a love for fish in everyday life. Before refrigeration, fish curry made with Malabar tamarind was valued not just for taste but for how well it kept. As it rested overnight, flavours deepened, making it even better the next day. It pairs perfectly with Cassava, a combination still cherished in Kerala homes.
