This partnership required:
- Precision production
- Scalable execution
- Absolute consistency under pressure
It was a proud moment to see Kerala flavours perform in a world-class experiential dining environment.
Culinary Collaboration
During this project, CoChilli worked closely with experienced culinary leadership, including Jenny McNeill of Ginger Jar Food, contributing to menu execution and maintaining production standards within a demanding live dining setting.
Community & Cultural Engagement
Beyond commercial catering, CoChilli remains deeply connected to the community that shaped it. From Kerala cultural events and festivals to grassroots food gatherings, we continue to cook food that brings people together, not just to eat, but to connect.
Recognition matters, but community always comes first.
