CoChilli Foods Return and Refund Policy
At CoChilli, we strive to provide our customers with an exceptional food experience. However, we understand that there might be occasions where you are not entirely satisfied with our services. Since we deal with perishable food items that are prepared fresh on order, our return and refund policy is as follows:
1. Cancellations and Changes.
For cancellations or changes to your order, we require at least 24 hours' notice prior to your delivery time. Any changes or cancellations after this time might not be possible as the food preparation would have already started.
2. Refund Policy:
In the unfortunate event of an order cancellation from your side within 24 hours of the delivery, please note the following refund structure:
- If cancelled within 3 days of the event, we retain 50% of the deposit.
- If cancelled within 2 days of the event, we retain 100% of the deposit.
- In the event of cancellation beyond this timeframe, we will retain £50 from the deposit, with the remainder being refunded.
3. Quality Concerns:
If you're not satisfied with the quality of our food, please inform us within 1 hour of receiving your order. Provide clear photos and detailed information about the issue. Each case will be thoroughly investigated, and if we determine the complaint is valid, a refund will be issued.
4. Allergy & Dietary Information:
While we take the utmost care to cater to specific dietary requirements, please note that our food is prepared in a kitchen where allergens, including nuts, dairy, and gluten, are present. We cannot guarantee that our food will be 100% allergen-free.
5. Non-Delivery:
In the case of non-delivery on our part, a full refund will be issued. However, if delivery was not possible due to incorrect delivery information provided at the time of order, a refund will not be processed.
