  Promotional messages or posts from other businesses are not allowed unless shared by CoChilli admins.
• 🔒 Privacy & Safety
  Do not share private messages or personal information from unknown numbers. CoChilli will only message you from the official numbers listed in the group info.
• 🔗 No Public Sharing of Invite Links
  Please do not post this group’s invite link in public forums or share it with unknown contacts.
• 👤 Inactive Accounts May Be Removed
  To maintain an active and secure community, we reserve the right to remove inactive or unclear profiles during regular group clean-ups.

🧾 2. Ordering & Payment Policy

• 🗓️ Monthly Menus
  Our menu is posted monthly. Orders are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and may close early if capacity is reached.
• 💳 Payment
  All orders must be paid in full before delivery. Orders not paid will be considered void.
• ⏰ Delivery Schedule
  Delivery times are fixed for each drop-off point. We appreciate your punctuality to ensure smooth handovers.
• 🔄 Order Amendments
  Any changes to an order must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
• ❌ Cancellations & Refunds
  We do not offer cancellations or refunds once payment is made, except in the rare case of service failure on our part.

🎁 3. Contests & Giveaways – General Guidelines

CoChilli Eats may host a variety of contests, challenges, and promotional giveaways throughout the year as part of our commitment to building a fun and rewarding food community.

By participating in any CoChilli contest, you agree to the following general terms:

• 📝 Eligibility & Entry Requirements
  Each contest will clearly specify eligibility criteria such as location, purchase requirements, or entry method. For example, some contests may be open only to West London residents or require a minimum order value.
• 💳 Payment Confirmation
  Where applicable, entries are valid only after full payment is completed. For order-based contests, winners will typically be drawn after all deliveries are completed.
• 🖊️ Entry Note Requirement
  Some promotions may require a keyword (e.g., event name) to be added in the order form notes section to qualify. Failure to do so may disqualify the entry.
• 📸 User Content & Social Media
  Participants may be asked to share selfies, reviews, or social tags as part of their entry. By submitting content, you grant CoChilli the right to repost or use your entry for promotional purposes.
• 🏆 Winner Announcement & Rewards
  Winners will be announced through our WhatsApp group or social media channels. Prizes may include refunds, gift vouchers, free treats, or exclusive CoChilli goodies. All prizes are non-transferable and have no cash alternative unless otherwise stated.
• ⚠️ Fair Play Policy
  Any attempt to manipulate, spam, or abuse the contest system will result in disqualification and possible removal from the community.

  By joining the group, you agree that your messages, photos, or testimonials may be shared (anonymously unless you provide consent) for CoChilli marketing.
• 📬 Contact Information
  We collect basic info (name, email, phone number) to improve our service. Your data is never shared externally.
• 📩 Admin Messages Only
  Only authorised CoChilli admins may post announcements or respond to operational queries.

  Any abusive language, discrimination, or spam will result in immediate removal without warning.
