1. Delivery area
We currently deliver to UK addresses where delivery is available at checkout.
Delivery availability, charges and service options may vary depending on the delivery address, parcel size, order value and courier service available.
We do not currently offer international delivery unless this is specifically shown at checkout or agreed with us in writing.
2. Delivery charges
Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Where more than one delivery option is available, you can choose your preferred service before payment.
Any free-delivery offer, minimum spend or promotional delivery rate will be clearly shown at the time of purchase.
3. Dispatch and delivery times
We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe shown at checkout, on the product page or in your order confirmation.
Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates, unless we have agreed otherwise with you in writing.
Orders may be packed and dispatched through a third-party fulfilment partner and delivered by a courier or postal service.
You may receive a dispatch confirmation and tracking details where these are available through the selected delivery service.
Orders placed after a stated cut-off time, at weekends or on public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
4. Delivery address and delivery instructions
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, email address and telephone number when placing your order.
Please check your details carefully before completing payment.
We cannot accept responsibility for delays, loss or additional costs caused by:
- an incorrect or incomplete delivery address
- incorrect contact details
- a customer not being available where a signature or safe delivery is required
- a failed delivery caused by restrictions at the delivery location
- instructions given directly by you to the courier
Where an order is returned to us because the address was incorrect, incomplete or inaccessible, we may charge a reasonable redelivery cost before sending it again.
5. When your order is delivered
For consumer purchases, the products become your responsibility when they are delivered to you or to a person you have nominated.
For business and professional purchases, the products become your responsibility when they are delivered to the delivery address provided in your order.
Please check your parcel and products as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
6. Damaged, missing or incorrect delivery
Please contact us as soon as possible if:
- your order has not arrived
- a parcel or product is damaged
- a product is missing
- you have received the wrong product
- a pouch, seal or pack appears leaking, swollen, tampered with or otherwise compromised
Reporting an issue within 48 hours of delivery helps us investigate quickly with our fulfilment and delivery partners. This does not remove or limit any rights you may have under consumer law.
Please keep the outer carton, packaging, batch code and best-before details. Photographs of the parcel, product and label will help us investigate.
Do not use, serve or consume a product if its packaging appears damaged or compromised.
