Which Format Should I Choose?
Start with the job
The difference between Mini and Maxi is not only the pack size. The right format depends on the number of portions, how familiar you are with the base and whether you are testing an idea or preparing for established service.
Choose Mini to discover
Mini is approximately 270g in total and is designed for around 6 to 8 servings. Choose it for a first trial, smaller meal, chef tasting or early menu test. It gives you room to learn the flavour direction before committing to a larger batch.
Choose Maxi to scale
Maxi is approximately 1.06kg in total and is designed for around 24 to 32 servings. Choose it for hosting, planned batch cooking, buffet service or professional production when the dish and portion plan are already clear.
Consider the portions
Serving numbers are a guide rather than a fixed promise. The final yield changes with the main ingredient, portion size, sauce consistency and style of service.
Consider how often you will cook
Mini may be the better fit for occasional cooks or for exploring several bases. Maxi may be more practical when a proven dish is cooked regularly or for larger groups.
The method does not change
Both formats contain Cooking Sauce, Marination Mix and Tempering Mix. You follow the same three-stage process and keep control of the final consistency, seasoning and finish.
A simple way to decide
If you are still discovering or testing, start with Mini. If the dish is established and you need more portions, choose Maxi.
