Mini Vs Maxi: Two Formats, Different Jobs
Choose by purpose, not only by size
Choose the format around the number of portions and the way you cook. CoChilli Pro offers Mini and Maxi so the same regional cooking system can support different occasions, portions and kitchen pressures. The right format is the one that fits the job you need it to do.
What Mini contains
Mini is approximately 270g in total. It combines about 250g of Cooking Sauce, 10g of Marination Mix and 10g of Tempering Mix. The pack is designed for around 6 to 8 servings, although the final yield depends on the chosen dish and portion size.
What Maxi contains
Maxi is approximately 1.06kg in total. It combines about 1kg of Cooking Sauce, 40g of Marination Mix and 20g of Tempering Mix. The pack is designed for around 24 to 32 servings, with actual yield shaped by the main ingredient, consistency and service style.
When Mini makes sense
A practical size for smaller cooks, first trials and flavour discovery. It is useful for product discovery, weekday cooking, chef sampling and early menu testing. A smaller trial gives the cook room to understand the flavour direction before deciding whether a larger format is needed.
When Maxi makes sense
Designed for larger batches, hosting and professional kitchen use. It is more practical for hosting, batch cooking, buffet service and professional production. A full Maxi case contains 10 boxes, so purchasing and storage plans should use the approved 10-box quantity.
The method stays consistent
Both contain Cooking Sauce, Marination Mix and Tempering Mix. Both formats follow the same three-part sequence. First marinate the chosen ingredient, then cook with the sauce, and finally add the tempering mix for aroma and character.
The cook still decides
Format does not decide the final dish. You still choose the meat, seafood, eggs or vegetables, adjust the water and reduction, check the seasoning and decide the final garnish and presentation. Mini and Maxi simply give that process two practical scales.
